其他摘要：This article submits a work of legal revision about regulations related to the export of human organs and tissues in several Latin American countries, in three complementary blocks: first, a general study of some aspects of organ transplant industry; second, a remark about the anthropological vision on the human body trading; and third, the results of the legal tracking on Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Colombia, Bolivia, Chile, Costa Rica, Peru and Argentina regarding this subject.
