其他摘要：The approach offered in this study an overview about previous and current legal situation regarding biofuels from five South American countries: Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and Venezuela, that currently has significant representation.This study was done from a legal perspective, since from each country's legal framework that these new energy alternatives have application and implementation. For this we turn to some normative references that sustain the current regulations with which it is concluded.
