摘要：Esta investigación presenta los resultados de la competencia del juicio moral; mediante la evaluación del índice C; entre dos roles y dos contextos diferentes; el de estudiantes de licenciatura en administración y el de burócratas. Los resultados mostraron un menor valor del índice C de los burócratas comparados con el valor de los estudiantes; lo que implica que el rol y el contexto organizacional público influyen negativamente en el valor del índice C.
其他摘要：This investigation presents the results of the moral judgment competence, by means of the evaluation of the index C, between two roles and two different contexts, that of students of business administration and that of bureaucrats. The results showed a minor value of the index C of the bureaucrats compared with the value of the students, which it implies that the role and the public organizational context influence negatively the value of the index C.
