摘要：A percepção de que a sociedade e o Direito estão cada vez mais desligados e desconectados entre si é a premissa inaugural das ideias desenvolvidas no texto. A partir de observações empíricas da realidade subjacente à moldura social contemporânea, estabelecem-se criticamente algumas ponderações sobre o constante afastamento entre o Direito real e o Direito simbólico, a ensejar, em igual medida, gradual desconexão afetiva entre o sujeito (sociedade) e o objeto (Direito). No mesmo sentido, avalia-se a necessidade de a população inserir-se mais profundamente no campo jurídico a fim de torná-la apta a, conhecendo-o, conhecer-se a si mesma e o meio em que vive, objetivando utilizar os instrumentos jurídico-políticos e jurídico-constitucionais para impulsionar a concretização do ideário promanado do Estado Democrático de Direito.
其他摘要：The first premise in current paper is the perception that Society and Law are more and more distant and disconnected. Certain ideas on the constant distancing between true Law and symbolic Law are established from empirical observations underlying the contemporary social framework. There is also a gradual affective disconnection between subject (society) and object (Law). The need that people should insert themselves deeper within the judicial field is evaluated so that they may know themselves and the environment in which they live. It aims at using the juridical-political and juridical-constitutional instruments to trigger the concretization of the ideal derived from the lawful democratic state.
