摘要：Educação é formação de dignidade, tomada de consciência e mudança de atitude. Inteligência dirigida ao sentido da vida, permitindo ao ser humano dar cobro às disposições naturais que lhe são imanentes e transcendente. Homem é fenômeno somático, dotado de potências que reclamam concretização, como ser livre, deve agir com responsabilidade em direção a fins, ser cultural que também se faz na história como experiência, transcendente porque conotado de metafísica. Vida é revisitada à luz da teoria quântica e microcosmo, passa a ser relação, cooperação, sistema transdisciplinar em acoplamento com o meio ambiente, superando noções como competição e luta entre classes. Existe uma relação inteligente de constante dinamismo e busca de reequilíbrio. O direito haverá de valer-se da natureza humana, e a lei natural de convocação à dignificação será a fonte jurídica no fenômeno da positivação e aplicação. Direito é instrumento de educação. Um método construtivista que reúne toda a experiência e permite o interagir entre sujeito e objeto com mútua transformação. Surge com a exlética, propiciando educação para a transformação.

It is awareness towards the meaning of life, providing subjects to fulfill their natural dispositions which are immanent and transcendental. The human being is a somatic phenomenon with potentialities that demand materialization, such as living in freedom, acting with responsibility, being cultural, taking history as experience and living transcendently due to metaphysics. Life is seen from the point of view of the quantum theory within the microcosm.
