摘要：Il paesaggio costiero di Genova è mutato profondamente nel tempo per rispondere alle necessità progressivamente imposte dai mutamenti economici e sociali. Negli ultimi decenni la città ha vissuto una fase di dismissione dell’industria pesante, senza che altri settori economici abbiano assunto un ruolo altrettanto rilevante nell’economia cittadina. Recentemente, il turismo ha assunto sempre maggior importanza e con esso è cresciuta la consapevolezza di ciò che una città come Genova può offrire in termini di qualità della vita recuperando le relazioni con il mare. Osservare con spirito critico la storia del paesaggio costiero genovese può contribuire ad orientare le scelte pianificatorie per ripensare in modo più consapevole il rapporto tra città e mare.
其他摘要：The coastal landscape of Genoa has profoundly changed over time to meet the requirements of the city’s economy and society. In recent decades, the city has experienced a phase of divestment of the heavy industry, without other economic sectors being able to assume the same importance within the city's economy. Recently, tourism has become increasingly important and at the same time the awareness of what the city of Genoa can offer in terms of quality of life has grown. Observing the history of the coastal landscape with a critical spirit can help to guide planning decisions in order to consciously rethink the relationship between the city and the sea.
