其他摘要：On the basis of the topics discussed in two recent International meetings, the XXIII UIA Congress and the V European Landscape Biennial, and in recently appeared manifestos, some reflections about the contemporary “sense of landscape” will be addressed. While “landscape” is used as a green metaphor in architectural fields, the landscape disciplines seems to adopt two different strategies: a return to beauty and emotion as a specificity (therefore tracing a distinction from ecology) and hybridization with urbanism. Thus, the debate shows an attempt to compare the topics of the discipline to the social aspirations, like beauty, sustainability, urbanity.
