摘要：El presente informe “Avance teórico de investigación” pretende abordar el estudio de las prácticas culturales reguladoras de las relaciones sociales que se desarrollan en las comunidades y localidades, normalmente agrupadas en el concepto de justicia comunitaria, a partir del concepto de pluralismo jurídico, como herramienta interpretativa. Para ello trataré de desprender el pluralismo jurídico del normativismo jurídico, que es una de las bases del derecho positivo estatal y expresión de las concepciones liberales de justicia.
其他摘要：This report, “Advances theoretical of investigation”, seeks to approach the study of the cultural regulator practices of the social relationships that it is developed in the communities and towns, usually contained in the concept of community justice, starting from the concept of pluralism juridical, as interpretive tool.
