摘要：Resumen: Esta investigación interrelaciona instrumentos de las ciencias sociales y técnicas, asociadas con el ordenamiento territorial y urbano desde un enfoque de riesgos para tratar la resiliencia en contextos urbanos. El objetivo ha sido proponer concepciones, dimensiones, enfoques y variablesque contribuyan a concebir, mejorar y asegurar la capacidad de respuesta del ordenamiento urbano.La resiliencia urbana produce interdependencias, estabilidad, y coherencia entre el ser humano, su medio físico y los recursos del ecosistema que los relaciona. Si esta es fortalecida en sus diversos componentes expuestos y susceptibles se puede considerar que los riesgos de desastres pueden ser aceptados por la sociedad involucrada. Mediante el análisis estadístico de propuestas conceptuales, y estudios de caso, entre otras herramientas se logró contribuir con conceptos, enfoques y dimensiones desde perspectivas físico-espaciales y sociopolíticas con sus respectivos atributos aplicables al ordenamiento territorial y urbano en contribución al desarrollo urbano equilibrado. Abstract: This investigation interrelates instruments of social and technical sciences, associated with the territorial and urban planning from an approach of risks to treat the resilience in urban contexts. The objective is to propose conceptions, dimensions, approaches and variables that contribute to conceive, to improve and to assure the capacity answer of the urban planning. The urban resilience produces interdependences, stability, and coherence between the human being, its physic environment, and the resources of the ecosystem that relates them. If this is strengthened in its exposed and susceptible components, it is possible to consider that the risks of disaster can be accepted by the involved society. The statistical analysis of conceptual proposals, and the study cases among other tools, were managed to propose concepts, approaches and dimensions from the physical -spatial and sociopolitical perspective with their respective attributes, applicable to the territorial and urban ordering in contribution to a balanced urban development.
