摘要：RESUMEN: El desequilibrio entre oferta y demanda de los servicios de salud en la República de Guinea ha afectado su situación sanitaria. Para contribuir a revertir esto, y como apoyo a una investigación doctoral en curso, se organizó un taller con estudiantes de quinto año en la Facultad de Arquitectura de la Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana (Cujae). El trabajo se organizó en tres etapas. En la primera se hizo el planeamiento y el diseño de un policlínico en Guanabacoa. En la segunda se realizó un diagnóstico de la red primaria de salud en La Lisa. En la tercera etapa se propusieron soluciones para el planeamiento y el diseño urbano- arquitectónico de la red de establecimientos de salud en Conakry, como caso de estudio. Se exponen parte de estos resultados, evidenciando la efectividad de la estrategia utilizada no solo para la solución del problema planteado sino también para la preparación del estudiante de arquitectura. ABSTRACT: The imbalance between supply and demand of health services in the Republic of Guinea has affected their health situation. To help reverse this, and as support for an ongoing doctoral research, a workshop was organized with fifth-year students at the School of Architecture of the Universidad Tecnológica de La Habana (Cujae). The work was organized in three stages. In the first stage, students were asked to propose solutions for the planning and architectural design of a polyclinic in Guanabacoa. The second phase focused on the diagnosis of the primary health network in La Lisa. The third step was aimed at providing solutions for planning and design the urban and architectural network of health facilities in Conakry, as a case study. Some of these results are exposed, evidencing the effectiveness of the strategy used not only for the solution of the proposed problem but also for the preparation of the architecture student.
