摘要：Este artículo tiene por objetivo mapear cuestiones relativas al reconocimiento del patrimonio cultural afro-brasileño referente a las Artes Visuales. El campo de investigación que conecta África, Brasil y el patrimonio cultural es impreciso y está abierto a múltiples enfoques. Por medio de una investigación cartográfica, el texto indica los fundamentos históricos que atraviesan la densa, y tensa, discusión en torno a la categoría ‘arte afro-brasileño’ y el reconocimiento de ese patrimonio artístico en el siglo XX. Se identifica el patrimonio afrobrasileño como un conjunto de prácticas diversas, producidas por afrodescendientes o no, que problematizan ética y estéticamente las matrices culturales africanas y la condición social de los afrodescendientes. Se concluye que ese patrimonio ha sufrido un proceso de retracción, que se perpetúa en anacrónicas prácticas discriminatorias, en función del proyecto de blanqueamiento la nación brasileña. El patrimonio cultural afro-brasileño comienza y termina en las personas y sus prácticas, en los repertorios de las comunidades de hoy y de ayer, que lo recrean aquí y ahora.
其他摘要：This article aims to map issues regarding the recognition of the Afro-Brazilian cultural heritage related to Visual Arts. The research field that connects Africa, Brazil and cultural heritage is imprecise, open to multiple approaches. Through a cartographic research, it indicates the historical foundations that cross the solid - and tense, discussion around the category Afro-Brazilian art and the recognition of this artistic patrimony in the 20 th century. It identifies the Afro-Brazilian heritage as a set of diverse practices, produced or not by Afro-descendants, that ethically and aesthetically problematize the African cultural matrices and/or the social condition of Afro-descendants. It concludes that this patrimony has undergone a process of constraint, which is perpetuated in anachronistic discriminatory practices, resulted from the whitening project of the Brazilian nation. Afro-Brazilian cultural heritage begins and ends in people and their practices, in the ranges of the commonalities that recreate it here and now.
