摘要：Partindo da pesquisa bibliográfica com aporte na Teoria Crítica do Direito, em especial a contribuição de Roberto Aguiar, o artigo aborda a (in)efetividade das medidas quantitativas propostas pela Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil – OAB, para o aumento na qualidade do ensino jurídico no país e, por consequência, da qualificação dos advogados. Na análise realizada, tais medidas, tomadas isoladamente, se mostraram insuficientes à construção de um ensino e prática jurídicas convergentes entre si e com a realidade brasileira.
其他摘要：Based on bibliographic research by the Critical Theory of Law, especially the contribution of Roberto Aguiar, the article addresses the (in)effectiveness of the quantitative measures proposed by the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB, in Portuguese) to improve the quality of law education in Brazil and, consequently, the qualification of lawyers. In the analysis carried out, such measures, taken in isolation, proved to be insufficient for the construction of a legal teaching and practice converging among themselves and with the Brazilian reality.
