摘要：El modelo de la rotonda rematada en torre con chapitel surgido en París a mediados del siglo XIX ejerció una gran influencia en muchos lugares del mundo. El artículo analiza su implantación y evolución en Bilbao, en el caso concreto de las casas de vecindad, entre 1885 y 1906, período de vigencia de las Ordenanzas Municipales de construcción que entraron en funcionamiento en la primera de esas fechas, así como los conflictos que generaron, como consecuencia de las restricciones del reglamento, los intereses inmobiliarios y sus implicaciones en la trama urbana. Muchas de aquellas estructuras, sobre todo los remates, fueron suprimidas o sustituidas por otras nuevas en el segundo tercio del siglo XX, mientras que a partir de los años ochenta pasaron a estar protegidas.
其他摘要：The model for rounded corners surmounted by a spire, emerging in Paris in the mid-nineteenth century, greatly influenced many other parts of the world. This article focuses on the establishment and evolution of these types of structures, specifically in the case of tenement houses built in Bilbao between 1885 and 1906, the period of validity of the municipal building ordinances that came into force at the first mentioned year. This article also addresses the conflicts that were generated owing to the regulations set, the interests in real estate, and their implications on the urban layout. Many of these structures, especially the finishings, were suppressed or replaced by new ones during the second third of the twentieth century, but became protected at the onset of the eighties.
