摘要：Автори моделюють вплив символів у політичному просторі на зміну його стану. Розкриваються методологічні підходи до розуміння політичної реальності, яка постійно перебуває під тиском навантаження символів. Показаний нерозривний зв’язок функціонування символів у внутрішній політиці та міжнародних відносинах. Неконгруентні символи взаємодіючих політичних систем породжують політичну нестабільність, що є поширеним явищем в умовах сучасних міжнародних відносин. Розглянуто нові технології втілення символів у свідомість середовища політичних систем. Підкреслено, що успішність проникнення символів у свідомість залежить від конгруентності їх змісту соціокультурним стереотипам. Адже символи несуть в собі певні аксіологічні коди, які, дешифруючись, сприймаються в свідомості як свої/чужі, добре/погано. Залучено синергетичну теорію для пояснення сутності впливу символіки на політичну стабільність в умовах авторитаризму та сучасних політій.
其他摘要：The relevance of the article is related to the social demand for good governance. Meanwhile, successful political technologies occur more often when politicians use symbols. The authors model the influence of symbols on the social environment in the modern political space. As a rule, political consultants are looking for an opportunity to replace the system of symbols of opponents and thus they can destabilize the social environment. The article reveals the methodological approaches to the understanding of political reality, which is under constant pressure of symbols. The scientific search for such a political reality is associated with the name of G. Lasswell. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of symbolic politics in the context of its influence on the stabilization/destabilization of the political space against the backdrop of globalization. The main task is to theoretically substantiate the role of symbols in modern politics. The range of studies of social entropy lies between political stability and instability, which are the result of the influence of symbols. Modern social and information systems raise the role of symbols to a new level. The role of symbols becomes even more significant. The article reveals the role of symbols in the international relations of different political systems. The study shows how the characters are born, which serve as attractors. Attractors can generate stability or instability in international relations. Politicians use symbols in internal politics and international relations. These symbols are closely interrelated. Non-congruent symbols cause political instability when political systems interact. This situation is often meets in modern international relations. Political institutions of different levels transmit their symbols. The media are the main subject that broadcast symbols. Researchers descry new technologies that policymakers use to penetrate symbols into the minds of political systems. Political technologists are improving the use of social networks as a means to form public opinion. The authors noted that individuals perceive symbols positively if their content is congruent with sociocultural stereotypes. Symbols carry certain axiological codes, which are deciphered in consciousness and perceived as their / stranger, good / bad. The article contains elements of synergetic theory. It is necessary to explain the essence of the influence of symbols of political stability / instability. Synergetic applied to the conditions of authoritarianism and modern democracies. Authoritarianism forms communication that eliminates the ambivalence of symbols. This circumstance provides control of political stability. Democracy provides a free choice of symbols that correspond to the axiological basis of the environment, therefore political stability is maintained.
