摘要：Resumo A Pré-eclâmpsia é um dos maiores desafios para a saúde materna e perinatal. Identificar essa complicação precocemente pode orientar condutas que interromperia processos fatais. Porém, restam controvérsias para se homogeneizar o seu diagnóstico. Classicamente, o "National High Blood Pressure Education Program" postulava que o padrão-ouro diagnóstico é a presença de proteinúria significativa. O “The American Congresso of Obstetricians and Gynecologists” e posteriormente a “International Society for the Study of Hypertension in Pregnancy” acrescentam que os sinais e sintomas de Pré-eclâmpsia grave devem ser valorizados , embora a perda urinária protéica não tenha atingido níveis significativos, conferindo um roteiro diagnóstico dinâmico e baseado em fatores clínicos. Este artigo busca apresentar estas perspectivas ,enquanto se permanece a pesquisa da definição ideal que podem ser representada pelos biomarcadores que representam entusiasmada expectativa. Abstract Pre-eclampsia is one of the greatest challenges for maternal and perinatal health. For that reason, identifying this complication sooner than later can prevent life-threatening to happen. However, controversy remains to homogenize the diagnosis. Classically, the National High Blood Pressure Education Program postulated that the diagnostic “Gold Standard” is the existence of significant proteinuria. Furthermore, The American Congresso of Obstetricians and Gynecologists” now known as An “International Society for the Study of Hypertension in Pregnancy”, added that “signs and symptoms of severe pre-eclampsia should always be considered even though the loss of protein into the urine has not reached significant levels, according to a very dynamic diagnostic route based on clinical factors”. This article seeks to present these kinds of perspectives, supporting an ideal research, where it can be represented by the biomarkers with enthusiasm and high expectations.
