摘要：[Some reflections from the Ministry of Defense circular, 30 April 2019, on trade union freedom of uniformed workers] The circular of the Ministry of Defence, 30 April 2018, confirms the content of the bill on trade union freedom of the military. In particular, it is in favour of the Minister’s prior consent to the constitution of the trade union and on a total ban on the exercise of the right to strike. The provisions on employee participation in trade union activities and transparency of cash flows are important and can be endorsed.
