摘要：[The Liability of the employer and managers in the Safety at work] The essay - which reproduces the report presented at the Conference on "Infortuni sul lavoro. Il nodo delle responsabilità", organized by the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Udine on the occasion of the 4th edition of "Premio Giuseppe Lombardi" (Udine, 10 October 2014) - analyzes the foundation of liabilities of employer and management with regard to the protection of health and safety at work highlighting in particular the importance of the organizational dimension in the legislative decree n. 81/2008.
