摘要：[Republic of migration: values to be preserved VS rights to be granted in and out national borders] This essay is organized into three areas: the first one is focused on the migrations flow and the construction of “wall” that divides the EU States-members; the second one is focused on the traditional meaning of citizenship; the third one consists of a reflection if it is possible to enucleate a ideal citizenship beyond the State.
