摘要：[Between Simplification and Simplicity. Brief reflections for a good legal system] The present study aims to demonstrate that the simplification of the legal system does not only imply that programmes such as “cutting red tape”, the abolishment of laws and law revision are carried out. It is essential that the rules be simple, that is clear, transparent and intelligible as regards the content. As a result ambiguities are reduced, the principle of certainty is enhanced and simplification is achieved. Simplification and simplicity are linked in a particularly close way because it is fundamental to cut regardless of the next step that consists in planning the production of new laws.
