摘要：El artículo tiene como objetivo documentar los tipos de ciberviolencia que enfrentan 120 estudiantes de una secundaria urbana de la cd. de Toluca. Entendida como un acto agresivo e intencionado en línea se trata del “envío y acción de colgar (sending y posting) textos o imágenes dañinas o crueles por Internet u otros medios digitales” (Willard, 2006). A partir de un diseño mixto de investigación, se aplicó el autoinforme “violencia online” que permitió identificar tendencias y posteriormente a partir de una pregunta generadora de narración se recuperaron los relatos de experiencia con la violencia online.
其他摘要：The article aims to document the types of cyberviolence faced by 120 students of an urban high school in the cd. Toluca. Understood as an aggressive and intentional act online is about “sending and posting harmful or cruel texts or images over the Internet or other digital media” (Willard, 2005). Based on a mixed research design, the “online violence” self-report was applied, which allowed to identify trends and subsequently, from a narrative generating question, the experience stories with online violence were recovered.
