摘要：El desarrollo de las cooperativas en Venezuela a partir de 1999 se ha visto marcado por políticasgubernamentales en el área jurídica, social, económica y educativa. La educación se ha convertido enun pilar fundamental en este tipo de organizaciones de la economía social para garantizar la continuidadde las operaciones y fortalecer el modelo de desarrollo endógeno del país. El objetivo de este estudiofue determinar las estrategias de capacitación contable dirigidas a los asociados en las cooperativastextileras del Municipio Valera del estado Trujillo. La investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, se utilizóun instrumento aplicado a una población conformada por dieciséis cooperativas del ramo textilero.Las conclusiones mostraron debilidad en la gestión contable de estas organizaciones, carencias deconocimientos, habilidades y destrezas en los asociados que cumplen funciones en el área contable;inclusive debilidades en valores del cooperativismo como es el trabajo asociado. Se confirma quelas necesidades de capacitación contable y de cooperativismo no han sido cubiertas con los planeseducativos implementados por las instituciones del Estado. A manera de cierre, se establecen estrategiasde diagnóstico, planificación, organización y evaluación del proceso educativo en las cooperativas.
其他摘要：ACCOUNTING TRAINING TECHNIQUES IN THE TEXTILE COOPERATIVESIN VALERA MUNICIPALITY IN TRUJILLO STATE. He development of the cooperatives in Venezuela since 1999 has been influenced by the governmentpolicies in the legal, social, economic and educational areas. Education has become a mainstay in this typeof organizations of the social economy in order to assure the continuity of the operations and to strengthen theendogenous development model of the country. The aim of this study was to determine the accounting trainingstrategies directed to the members of the textile cooperatives in Valera municipality in Trujillo state. A descriptiveresearch was done on a population which was made up of sixteen cooperatives of the textile field. The results showa weakness in the accounting management of these organizations, lack of knowledge, skills and abilities in themembers who work in the accounting area; even there were weaknesses in the values linked to the cooperativecompanies, such as team work. It is confirmed that the needs in the accounting and cooperative training have notbeen covered by the educative plans implemented by state institutions. Finally, strategies related to the diagnosis,planning, organization and evaluation of the educative process in the cooperatives have been established.
