摘要：La globalización económica ha incidido notoriamente en todos los procesos llevados acabo en las distintas áreas de producción, estandarizando y homogeneizando los sistemas y modelos de organización y gestión empresarial. El comportamiento del sistema fnanciero globalizado se convierte en un obstáculo cuando se intentan implantar programas en pro del desarrollo económico local, entendido éste como la confuencia de actores de un territorio delimitado quienes comparten una visión de desarrollo de la localidad y buscan promover juntos las potencialidades ambientales, sociales, económicas, tecnológicas del territorio mediante estrategias que resultan de la convergencia de las fuerzas sociales, económicas y políticas que emanan del interior de la localidad o región. En tal sentido el trabajo que se presenta a continuación conforma una investigación al nivel proyectivo, de tipo descriptiva, con un diseño cuantitativo y de campo, que considera los distintos actores que participan en la gestión de los sistemas de fnanciamiento del sector ganadero del Municipio Alberto Adriani, con el fn de realizar un diagnóstico de cada uno de ellos, en el cual se detecte su nivel de capital social y la disposición a integrarse en una red de participación social para gestionar los sistemas de fnanciamiento del sector ganadero. Abstrac The case of livestock sector of Alberto Adriani municipality, Mérida state, Venezuela the economic globalization has impacted fagrantly in all the processes carried out in different production areas, standardizing and homogenizing the systems and organization models and managerial management. the behavior of the globalized fnancing system becomes an obstacle when it is try to implant programs directed to promote the economic local development, understanding it as the confuence of actors in a defned territory that sharing a vision of the local development and seeking for the promotion of the environmental, social, economic, technological potentialities together, of the territory by means of strategies that are of the convergence of the social, economic and political forces that you/they emanate of the interior of the town or region. In such a sense, the work that shows up next conforms an investigation at the level proyectivo, of descriptive type, with a quantitative design and of feld that considers the different actors that participate in the management of the systems of fnancing of the cattle sector of the Municipality Alberto Adriani, with the purpose of carrying out a diagnosis of each one of them, in which is detected its level of social capital and the disposition to be integrated in a net of social participation to negotiate the systems of fnancing of the cattle sector.
