摘要：La presentazione –divisa in due parti, di cui la prima scritta da Antonella Piazza e la seconda da Maria Izzo– intende descrivere ed analizzare l‟adattamento teatrale Shakespeare’s Lovers. A Postmodern Pastiche, realizzato nel 2010 dagli studenti di lingua inglese del corso di laurea DAVIMUS dell‟Università di Salerno. La sperimentazione didattica è frutto del lavoro di rilettura e re-functioning delle due commedie shakespeariane As You Like it e Much Ado About Nothing. Il risultato è una pastiche di generi letterari e sessuali registri linguistici, fonti, in cui il travestitismo, che anima le due commedie, si conferma come categoria che decostruisce l‟opposizione binaria tra i generi. Il processo culturale dell‟adattamento seguito dagli studenti ha evidenziato quanto esso più facilmente porti a rileggere il testo originale attraverso i principi e le mode della propria contemporaneità e della cultura della propria generazione. In particolare, gli studenti hanno avuto accesso ad un momento “fittizio” in cui scoprire “divertendosi” che vestirsi/travestirsi è parte intrinseca del processo di formazione identitaria e che i giovani protagonisti delle commedie shakespeariane non sono poi così distanti da loro.
其他摘要：This presentation – divided into two parts, the first written by Prof. Antonella Piazza and the second written by Ph.D. Maria Izzo – aims at describing and analysing the theatrical adaptation Shakespeare’s Lovers. A Postmodern Pastiche staged in 2010 by DAVIMUS students of English at the university of Salerno. This didactic experimentation results from the students’ re-reading and re-functioning of Shakespearian comedies As You Like It and Much Ado About Nothing. The final work is a pastiche of genres – literary and sexual –, linguistic registers, sources, where cross-dressing, which is highly at stake in the adapted comedies, proves to be a category that deconstructs the binary opposition between genres. The cultural process followed by the students has underlined that it is easier to reread the source text through the principles and fashions of your contemporary age and of the culture of your generation. In particular the students could access a “fictitious” moment where they were able to find out by enjoying themselves that dressing/cross-dressing is an intrinsic element of the creative process of your identity and that the young protagonists of Shakespeare’s adapted comedies were not so distant from them.
