摘要：هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی دیدگاه فلسفی ملاصدرا دربارة کمال نفس انسان و دلالت‌های تربیتی آن در خصوص عناصر تعلیم و تربیت (اهداف و روش‌ها) است. این پژوهش از تحقیقات کیفی است و با روش تحلیلی- اسنادی ضمن تبیین دیدگاه ملاصدرا درباره سیرکمال نفس انسان به تشریح اهداف و روش‌های تعلیم و تربیت مبتنی بر این دیدگاه پرداخته است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که ملاصدرا تجرد عقلانی نفس را برای نیل به کمال ضروری می‌داند. بر اساس مبانیِ فلسفی مطرح در دیدگاه وی، اهداف غایی و اهداف واسطه‌ای در تعلیم و تربیت تبیین شد که هر یک با توجه به مراتب مختلف نفس در سیر کمال نفس بررسی شد. رسیدن به اهداف واسطه‌ای و غایی نیازمند روش‌های تربیتی بود که به صورت چارچوب پیشنهادی برای تعلیم و تربیت ارائه شد.
其他摘要：The aim of this study is the investigation of philosophical view of Mola Sadra about perfection and its training reasons of elements of education (aims and methods). The research methodology is qualitative and documentary- analytical elucidating his perspective about perfection and describing aims and methods of education based on this perspective. The findings reveal that Mola Sadra believes in intellectual incorporeity as necessary to gain perfection. Based on his philosophical notions in his view, the ultimate and mediatory aims in education with regard to different levels of self in the course of perfection are discussed. Gaining mediatory and ultimate aims required training methods which are suggested through a framework.
