摘要：هدف از تدوین این مقاله، تبیین عوامل زمینه ساز در جهت کمال و تربیت انسان می باشد. تبیین عوامل مورد نظر بر اساس دیدگاه های مطرح شده در نهج البلاغه می باشد. این مقاله که از نوع پژوهش های بنیادی است، با روش تحقیق کیفی مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوایی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه ای صورت گرفته و با مطالعه گزاره های انشائی در نهج البلاغه، شش عامل اساسی در تربیت را که هموار کننده مسیر کمال آدمی است استخراج و پیرامون آن به بحث و بررسی پرداخته است. این عوامل عبارتند از:1)عامل معرفت شناختی به واجب تعالی. 2)یقین، و محقق نمودن آن در نفس. 3)خرد و خردورزی. 4)علم و نقش آن در تربیت و کمال انسان. 5)خودشناسی. 6)تمسک متربی به مربی کامل(انسان کامل).
其他摘要：The aim of this essay, according to the importance of human education, is exploration of planning factors with regard to human education and perfection. Therefore, the exploration of these factors based on Imam Ali (PBUH) views that are discussed in Nahjolbalaghe. This research is a basic research, that uses library documents and references, and uses qualitative method based on content analysis to explore and discuss six basic factors in education, which facilitating human perfection course. These factors are 1) epistemological to self-existent. 2) positive, and vim come off that the self. 3) reason and rationality. 4) science and its role in education and human perfection. 5) self-knowing. 6) learner obligation to perfect teacher (perfect human).
