摘要：نویسندگان با بهره‌گیری از روش تحلیلی ـ توصیفی در جهت شناخت روش آموزش انفرادی که یکی از روش‌های جدید و مطرح در آموزش است به بررسی سوابق تاریخی آن پرداخته و از این طریق چشم‌انداز روشن‌تری را برای آینده ترسیم نمایند. نتایج مطالعه نشان می‌دهد که از دیرباز با توجه به فضای موجود در تعلیم و تربیت ایران آموزش انفرادی جایگاه مهم و تأثیرگذاری در روند تعلیم و تربیت داشته است که با عنایت به این تجارب بهره‌گیری از این شیوه در حال حاضر می‌تواند فرصتی را بازسازی برخی از نارسایی‌های نظام تعلیم و تربیت مهیا نماید.
其他摘要：The aim of this essay is to study the position of “individualized teaching” in Iran's history of education. The analytic-descriptive method is used to study "individualized teaching," one of the modern methods of teaching, by studying its historical antecedents and drawing future perspectives. The conclusions show that based on Iran's past education environment, “individualized teaching” has the most important and effective position in education. Thus, according to these experiences, using this method can provide opportunity for removing some defects of the educational system
