摘要：یکی از اصلی‌ترین موضوعاتی که هر مکتب دینی و فلسفی به آن می‌پردازد، ماهیت انسان و کمال اوست و مکاتب مختلف نگرش‌های گوناگونی نسبت به این موضوع دارند. دیدگاه ادیان آسمانی به ویژه دیانت اسلام نسبت به انسان کل‌نگرانه است و کمال او را در رشد متعادل تمام ابعاد وجودی او می‌دانند. یکی از جدیدترین رویکردها در علوم انسانی و روان‌شناسی، انسان‌گرایی است که در مقایسه با دیدگاه‌های قدیمی اهمیت و توجه بیشتری برای انسان قائل است. نکته‌ای که مورد تأکید مکتب اسلام نیز هست. اما با وجود مشترکات بین دو دیدگاه می‌توان نکات اختلافی را نیز بین نظرات دو مکتب مشاهده کرد. در این مقاله ابتدا به بررسی نظرات روان‌شناسان انسان‌گرا و بالاخص راجرز نسبت به ماهیت و کمال انسان می‌پردازیم و در ادامه نظر مکتب اسلام را با تکیه بر آیات قرآن کریم در این رابطه بیان می‌کنیم. در پایان بحثی تطبیقی در ارتباط با نکات اشتراک و اختلاف دو دیدگاه نسبت به ماهیت انسان خواهیم داشت.
其他摘要：One of the main topics which any religious and philosophical ideology deals with it is nature of human and his perfection. In this regard, various ideologies have different attitudes on this topic. Viewpoint of divine religions especially Islam in relation to human is holistic. They believe that human perfection is dependent upon balanced development of all his aspects. One of the most recent approaches in humanities and psychology is humanism, which compared to old ones, believes in much attention for human; the issue that it is also emphasized by Islam. However, in spite of similarities between these two standpoints, some discrepancies can be indicated. In this article, first, we examine views of humanism psychologists particularly Ragers on human nature and perfection. Then, we indicate Islam viewpoint based on Koran verses. Finally, using a comparative approach, we discuss on similarities and differences of these two viewpoints in association with human nature.
