其他摘要：This article deals with the problem of valiception (Wertnehmung) as a passive layer of ethics. To this end, a synthesis of the phenomenology of the body that Edmund Husserl develops in Ideas II is presented, in which he describes the constitution of bodily experience from his aesthetic, soul and transcendental stratum. The thesis is that valiception links the bodily experience of value with a seminally rational assessment; and their formalization deployment horizons require a previous detrastentalization of ethics. In the first part of the article is exposed, roughly, the phenomenological problem of valiception. In the second, the link between valiception and phenomenological ethics is presented. In the third, transcendental ethics is distinguished -as formal ethics and ethical rationality-, from the detrascedental-empirical, mundane. Finally, the perspectives of complementarity between the apprehension of ethical value (valiception) and transcendental norms of reason are developed
