摘要：A formação profissional dos professores e a educação inclusiva são temas que se interligam e que devem continuar a merecer a atenção de todos os que se interessam pelos problemas educativos. Este artigo pretende, assim, fazer uma pequena reflexão sobre os temas em questão e contribuir para uma melhor formação e construção de uma escola inclusiva. Tenta constatar alguns factos e delinear algumas soluções a partir de uma revisão bibliográfica que articula com os dados encontrados em dois estudos empíricos recentes.
其他摘要：The training of teachers and inclusive education are issues that are interconnected and should continue to deserve the attention of all who are interested in educational problems. This article thus seeks to do a little reflection on the issues in question and contribute to better training and building an inclusive school. Tries to find some facts and outline some solutions from a literature review that articulates with the data found into recent empirical studies.
