摘要：A crise económica chegou a Portugal e está a afetar a fomação de professores e as formas de trabalhar. Nunca os alunos passaram tanto tempo na escola e mesmo com tão elevada escolaridade, certificada, as suas hipóteses de conseguir um trabalho na área que escolheram são cada vez mais remotas. Que escola devemos ter e que professores precisam de sair das instituições formadoras de professores? De que forma a sociedade da informação e do conhecimento interagem neste momento de crise, escolar e económica? Este artigo aborda a relação da escola com a sociedade num contexto de crise. Envolve os atores educativos e discute o papel do professor face aos desafios atuais. Define o perfil do professor para os tempos atuais e futuros. Termina com considerandos sobre a natureza dos processos a ter em conta para a formação dos professores.
其他摘要：The economic crisis arrived in Portugal and it affects teacher traning and the ways they work. Students never spent so much time in the school and even with such certified skills, their chances of getting a job inside the area they choose are increasingly remote. What kind of school should we have and what is the teacher´s profile we need to get from teacher training institutions? How does the information society and knowledge interact with school in this moment of school and economic crisis? This paper focuses the relationship between school and society in a crise context. Relates the educative actors and discuss the teacher’s role towards to the actual challenges. It defines the recent and the future teacher’s profile. It ends up with some suggestions about the way we must see teacher’s training.
