摘要：O presente artigo, fruto de uma revisão de literatura de cunho qualitativo, tem como objetivo analisar os princípios orientadores da abordagem Pikler-Lóczy. O corpus de análise foi constituído por artigos, monografias, dissertações e teses que tratam da abordagem. A partir da produção analisada identificaram-se quatro princípios orientadores: 1) o profundo respeito pelo bebê e sua individualidade, reconhecendo-o como sujeito de direitos; 2) a valoração da atividade autônoma do bebê, baseada em suas próprias iniciativas, aliada ao foco no desenvolvimento gradativo da autonomia; 3) a importância do vínculo entre adulto e bebê, construído com base em uma relação afetiva privilegiada e de qualidade nos momentos de cuidados; 4) a liberdade de movimentos, para um brincar livre e uma livre exploração de si mesmo e do entorno. Pôde-se concluir que tais princípios constituem a grande contribuição da pediatra Emmi Pikler ao campo da Educação Infantil atual, no sentido de levar à ressignificação da pedagogia para/com os bebês de 0 a 3 anos, indicando que as práticas pedagógicas nessa faixa etária se orientem por dois pilares: o cuidado e as relações.
其他摘要：The present article, result of a qualitative, aims to analyze the guiding principles of the Pikler-Lóczy approach. The corpus of research consisted of scientific papers, articles, dissertations and theses that address the topic. From the analyzed production four guiding principles were identified: 1) the deep respect for the baby and his individuality, recognizing him as a subject of rights; 2) the estimation of the baby’s autonomous activity, based on its own initiatives, combined with focusing on the gradual development of autonomy; 3) the importance of the bond between the adult and the baby, based on a privileged affective relationship and in qualified moments of care; 4) the baby’s freedom of movement, for playing and exploring yourself and the surroundings. It could be concluded that these principles constitute the major contribution of the pediatrician Emmi Pikler to the current Early Childhood Education, leading to a redefinition of the pedagogy for/with 0-3 years children, pointing that the pedagogical practices in this age group must be oriented by two pillars: care and relationships.
