摘要：Neste artigo discorremos sobre o direito das crianças à Educação Ambiental (EA) emcreches e pré-escolas. Para tanto, apresentamos de forma sucinta a história da EA. Emseguida analisamos o que diz a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Brasileira e odocumento lançado no ano de 2017 que institui a Base Nacional Curricular Comum, voltadospara a Educação Infantil (EI). Entendendo que há distintas teorias e práticas de EA, nessetrabalho trouxemos algumas concepções da EA crítica. Para oferecer subsídios às nossasreflexões, nos apoiamos em pensar a EA na perspectiva de articular a dimensão de valores, deconhecimentos e de participação política das crianças.
其他摘要：In this article, we discuss the right of Environmental Education (EE) in kindergartens and preschools. To do so, we briefly present the history of EE. Next, we analyze the Brazilian education law and the Common National Curricular Basis in the area of early childhood education. Understanding that there are different theories and practices of EE, in this work we have brought some conceptions of Critical EE. In support of our reflections, we think that is important to EE articulate the dimension of values, knowledge and political participation of children.
