摘要：Legal education in the UK has undergone significant changes over the last decade and is once again under review. Whilst there is now wide spread acceptance of the benefits of experiential learning in educational terms and a focus on the distinction between deep and surface learning, clinical legal education in the UK has remained firmly on the sidelines.
