摘要：Este trabalho é uma reflexão téorica sobre as transformações nos processos de construção da identidade das organizações no ambiente digital. Tendo como referência teórico-metodológica a teoria da complexidade de Edgar Morin, além dos conceitos propostos por George Herbert Mead e por Erving Goffman, é discutida a reflexividade do self a partir de narrativas que possibilitam o reconhecimento e a legitimação social. A noção de self-digital é proposta, como forma de compreender a identidade organizacional em uma perspectiva complexa e interacional, com base nos sentidos que são (re)produzidos nas mídias sociais.
其他摘要：This work is a theoretical approach to the transformations in organizational identity formation in the digital environment. Having as theoretical-methodological reference the theory of complexity of Edgar Morin, in addition to the concepts proposed by George Herbert Mead and Erving Goffman, the reflexivity of the self is discussed based on narratives that make possible the recognition and social legitimation. The notion of digital-self is proposed as a way of understanding organizational identity in a complex and interactional perspective, based on the meanings that are (re)produced in social media.
