摘要：O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar e analisar a relação entre as atividades produtivas e a desigualdade salarial entre os homens e mulheres, nos anos 2002 e 2016. Os dados foram extraídos da Relação Anual de Informações Sociais (RAIS), e a análise se dará por meio da aplicação da análise exploratória Shift-Share . De modo geral, a desigualdade salarial permanece no mercado de trabalho paranaense no período analisado, além de apresentar aumento, com exceção da construção civil. Dos três componentes, o nacional indicou que a desigualdade irá aumentar caso as regiões sigam a tendência nacional. No entanto, os componentes estrutural e regional compensam, em partes, a desigualdade, em espacial, nos setores do comércio, indústria e agropecuária.
其他摘要：The objective of this research is to identify and analyze the relationship between productive activities and wage inequality between men and women, in the years 2002 and 2016, in Paraná. The data were extracted from the Annual Social Information Ratio (RAIS), and the methodology was based on the application of the exploratory Shift-Share analysis. In general, wage inequality by gender remains in the labor market of the state of Paraná in the analyzed period, in addition to increasing, with the exception of civil construction. Of the three components, the national indicated that inequality will increase if the regions follow the national trend. However, the structural and regional components partially offset inequality, especially in the commerce, industry and agriculture sectors.
