摘要：En el artículo se analiza el surgimiento del movimiento nacionalista en el municipio de Bermeo (Bizkai). Después de estudiar la única hipótesis propuesta para comprender la extensión del nacionalismo en el mundo pesquero y observadas las dificultades para su aplicación, se presenta un nuevo aspecto que ayuda a comprender en parte ese fenómeno. Se trata del análisis del contexto político de las localidades en las que se extendión el Partido Nacionalista Vasco, enfatizando la estructura de oportunidades políticas que favorecía esa circunstancia en el caso estudiado.
其他摘要：This article analyzes the birth of the nationalist movement in the town of Bermeo (Bizkaia). Since the only hypothesis put forward up to now in order to shed light on the extension of nationalism in the fishing world has failed to be applicable in all cases, this article is aimed at introducing an innovative field of analysis which will help understand this phenomenon. It offers the analysis of the political context of the towns where Basque Nationalist Party expanded, laying emphasis on the structure of political opportunities which favoured such circusmtance in the studied case.
