摘要：Esta entrevista foi realizada em dezembro de 2019, via correio eletrônico, com a Profa. Dra. Dorothy Kelly, professora de Tradução da Universidade de Granada, na Espanha, onde também é Vice-Reitora de Relações Internacionais e Cooperação para o Desenvolvimento. É licenciada em Tradução e Interpretação pela Universidade Heriot-Watt, situada em Edimburgo, na Escócia, e doutora pela Universidade de Granada. Os seus principais interesses de investigação são a formação de tradutores, a direcionalidade na tradução e a competência intercultural. É editora-chefe e fundadora da revista Interpreter and Translator Trainer, da editora inglesa Taylor & Francis, a única revista científica indexada e dedicada especificamente à formação de tradutores. É também editora-chefe e consultora da série Translation Practices Explained, também pertencente à editora Taylor & Francis. Foi membro do Grupo Europeu de Especialistas em Tradução nomeado pela Comissão Europeia. Dentre seus principais trabalhos está A Handbook for Translator Trainers (2005), uma obra especialmente dedicada ao ensino de tradução, com especial ênfase ao professor de tradução. São várias as contribuições concedidas pela professora Dorothy Kelly, na entrevista a seguir, sobre o tema “avaliação de traduções”.
其他摘要：This interview was carried out in December 2019, via e-mail, with Dorothy Kelly, Professor of Translation at the University of Granada, Spain, where she is also Vice-President for International Relations and Development Cooperation. She obtained her B.A. in Translating and Interpreting at Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh (Scotland), and her doctoral degree from the University of Granada. Her main research interests are translator training, directionality in translation and intercultural competence. She is the founding editor of Interpreter and Translator Trainer (Taylor & Francis publishing house), the only indexed journal devoted specifically to translator education, and consultant editor of the Translation Practices Explained series (Taylor & Francis). She was a member of the European Group of Translation Experts appointed by the European Commission. Among her main works is A Handbook for Translator Trainers (2005), a book specially dedicated to translation teaching, with special emphasis on translation teachers. Professor Dorothy Kelly provides several important contributions in the following interview on the topic "evaluation of translations".
