摘要：Una estrategia para construir equidad en el acceso a la carrera científica es practicar una didáctica dirigida a fomentar en las alumnas mayor participación en actividades científicas. Se presentan las experiencias de cuatro docentes de Medicina y Psicología de la Facultad de Estudios Superiores Zaragoza-UNAM. Algunas características de su práctica son: una didáctica crítica no tradicional que fomenta la participación continua de las jóvenes; recursos que fomentan el uso en el aula de situaciones de la realidad cotidiana; crear espacios durante la actividad educativa que propicia la reflexión crítica, y motivar a los y las estudiantes a analizar la experiencia propia ubicando las causas de sus problemas, orientando a no dejarse vencer por los obstáculos sino a plantearse metas que les permitan superarse y empoderarse.
其他摘要：A strategy to build equity in access to the scientific career is to practice a didactic aimed at encouraging students to participate more in scientific activities. The experiences of four teachers of Medicine and Psychology of the School of Higher Studies Zaragoza-UNAM are presented. Some characteristics of its practice are: a non-traditional critical didactic that encourages the continuous participation of young women; resources that encourage the use in the classroom of situations of everyday reality; create spaces during the educational activity that fosters critical reflection, and motivate students to analyze their own experience locating the causes of their problems, guiding them not to be overcome by obstacles but to set goals that allow them to overcome and empower themselves.
