摘要：En este trabajo el Equipo de Investigación «CSIC-4704» expone los resultados del uso de los Libros de Acuerdos Municipales de Madrid en tiempos de Felipe II, para analizar los comportamientos sociales, técnicos y políticos ante la periodicidad de las inestabilidades climáticas. Al final del estudio, se recurre alusivamente a William S. Jevons y sus teorías del comercio, en que puso de manifiesto cómo las cosechas sufrían alteraciones cíclicas, en función de la vida solar.
其他摘要：In this paper, the research team «CSIC-4704» shows the results for the climate history by using Madrid's Municipal Acts during Philip II kingdom. Therefore they analize the social, technical and political behaviors towards the ciclical changes in weather. At last, they use William S. Jevons theories in which it's shown that harvest knew alterations produced by the solar life cycles.
