  • 摘要:People appreciate meat products free antibiotics or organic food products. Prevention of chemical substance in the broiler chicken meat can be done by mixing feed ingredients with herbal, with the addition of herbal powders like turmeric, ginger, and?é?á basil. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of herbal supplementation on carcass percentage and blood triglyceride levels?é?á broiler. His research uses three kinds of herbs that is turmeric (P1), Basil (P2), and Ginger (P3). There are four treatment including control (P4), with four replicates. The design of this research is complete a draft random. The research results were analyzed with Anova test followed by Duncan test. The results showed there was a very real influence due to the addition of herbs to the percentage of carcass?é?á (P0,05).

The levels of triglyceride of blood a broiler indicating the result is no different real (P>0,05).
