摘要：En este artículo analizaremos la construcción hecha por Valerio Máximo de dos instituciones, la disciplina militaris y la censura, que identifica como guardianas de la paz y la estabilidad. Intentaremos demostrar que esa construcción se inscribe en las transformaciones provocadas por la instalación del régimen autocrático, que afecta el papel de la dirigencia y que, tras la sucesión instrumentada por Augusto, parece ser una situación irreversible.
其他摘要：In this article we will analyze Valerio Maximus’s construction of two institutions, the disciplina militaris and censura, which is known as guardians of peace and stability. We will show that this construction is part of the transformations caused by the installation of the autocratic regime that affects the role of the elite and that, after the succession instrumented by Augustus, seems to be an irreversible situation.
