摘要：Resumen : El objetivo que se persigue con este artículo es exponer las característicasdel marco regulador del empleo público en dos Estados diferentes: España yMéxico, ambos inmersos en recientes o próximos cambios. Es la oportunidad deabordar el análisis del marco jurídico actual, centrando el estudio en ciertos núcleostemáticos específicos, como los derechos fundamentales, su protección de SeguridadSocial y la ordenación del tiempo de trabajo en la Administración Pública. Abstract : The aim of this article is to expose the regulating frame of Stateemployment in two different countries: Spain and Mexico, both immersed in recent ornext legislative changes. It's time to approach the analysis of the actual legal frame,studying some specific items, like their fundamental rights, their social protection andthe arrangement of the working time in the Public Administration.
