摘要：RESUMO:Nas últimas três décadas, ampliou-se o direcionamento das políticas públicas para a agricultura familiar. Assim, programas e projetos de desenvolvimento rural sob a abordagem territorial estão sendo implantados. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste estudo é analisar a territorialização das Ações de Apoio a Projetos de Infraestrutura e Serviços dos Territórios Rurais (PROINF) no Médio Sertão de Alagoas. Os procedimentos metodológicos foram realizados mediante pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo. Desde a criação do Território do Médio Sertão de Alagoas, em 2003, os Projetos de Infraestrutura e Serviços somam 13 ações que visam ao apoio à gestão territorial e ao financiamento para a diversificação dos meios técnicos de produção para a agricultura familiar. A estratégia territorial denota uma narrativa coletiva no processo de integração das políticas públicas para a agricultura familiar. A inserção da técnica provoca uma aglutinação individualista quando são materializadas as propostas do PROINF. A proposta de coletividade é sucumbida por um processo mais perverso e desagregador, pois os interesses são diversos e as intencionalidades também.Palavras-chave: Política Territorial; Território da Cidadania; PROINF; Agricultura Familiar.ABSTRACT:In the last three decades, the direction of public policies for family agriculture has been broadened. Thus, rural development programs and projects under the territorial approach are being implemented. In this sense, the objective of this study is to analyze the territorialisation of the Support Actions to Infrastructure and Services Projects of the Rural Territories (PROINF) in the Middle Hinterland of Alagoas. The methodological procedures were performed through bibliographic, documentary and field research. Since the creation of the Territory of the Middle Hinterland of Alagoas in 2003, the Infrastructure and Services Projects have added 13 actions aimed at supporting territorial management and financing for the diversification of the technical means of production for family agriculture. The territorial strategy denotes a collective narrative in the process of integrating public policies for family agriculture. The insertion of the technique causes in individualistic agglutination when the PROINF proposals are materialized. The collective proposal is succumbed by a more perverse and disruptive process, because the interests are diverse and the intentionalities as well.Keywords: Territorial Policy; Territory of Citizenship; PROINF; Family Farming.
