摘要:The successful education depends heavily on the hand of educators. The best teachers would surely deliver educated persons. Contemporarily, teachers have to face complicated challenges that put them into difficult situation. On the one hand, teachers must comprehend all the subjects of study and at the same time, they are demanded to be creative and innovative. These two are essential in learning process. Nevertheless, amid the increase number of teachers, there has been deserted number of creative and innovative teachers. The so-called Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) program is essential in this regards; to train teachers to be innovative and crative. This article deals with the PPL performed by students of the State Institute for Islamic Studies who participated the program.
