摘要：En los últimos años la provincia de Salta ha reforzado su presencia en el conjunto de destinos turísticos a nivel nacional. Esto implicó, entre otras cuestiones, la multiplicación de propuestas para disfrutarla en un viaje turístico. En este trabajo interesa abordar esta diversidad en el turismo salteño observando especialmente cómo se redefine un destino clásico del noroeste argentino, los Valles Calchaquíes, apelando o recurriendo a ciertas particularidades que habilitan la aparición de nuevos atractivos y servicios turísticos. Específicamente, en este trabajo se aborda cómo se renueva la propuesta turística del lugar a partir de la conformación de una organización agraria y turística (la Red de Turismo Campesino) que ofrece servicios turísticos bajo la modalidad turismo comunitario. Asimismo, el trabajo orienta la atención a las transformaciones socio-territoriales que ha introducido su presencia como nuevo actor que se inserta en escena local, considerando su papel fundamental en esta diversificación de las opciones turísticas del destino.
其他摘要：In recent years theprovinceofSaltahas strengthened its presence in the Argentine tourist map. This involved, among other things, the increase of tourist offers to enjoy theprovinceofSalta. In this paper, we aim to address tourist diversity inSalta, especially observing how theCalchaquíesValleys, a traditional destination in the Argentine northwest, is redefined through new attractions and tourist services based on some local distinctive features. This work specifically approaches the way in which the tourist proposal in this area is renewed considering the creation of a rural and touristic organization- the Rural Tourism Network- that offers tourist services under the form of community-based tourism. It also aims at focusing attention on the social and territorial changes that the presence of this new actor, central to the diversification of tourist options in this destination, has introduced into the local scene.
