摘要：Straipsnyje nagrinėjami inovacinės veiklos smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo sferoje aspektai. Aptariamos aktualios smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo inovacinės veiklos problemos, apibendrinti smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo inovacinės veiklos dėsningumai. Nustatytas problemas siūloma spręsti įdiegiant organizacinius valdymo modelius, leidžiančius efektyviai organizuoti ir plėtoti inovacinę veiklą smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo sferoje.
