摘要：Esta investigación tiene la finalidad de reflexionar sobre la epistemología como competencia principal del investigador social universitario. Es de destacar que esta premisa es producto de la teorización de la tesis doctoral titulada La investigación social y sus competencias en el docente universitario, donde se articulan siete competencias que interactúan entre sí, para gestionar investigaciones en consonancia con las propuestas emergentes de investigación social. La competencia epistemológica se sustenta en el cuestionamiento filosófico. En ese sentido, es necesario que los investigadores filosofen sobre la realidad en sus contextos y se pregunten cómo mejorarla desde un proceso investigativo. Esto les permitirá configurarse como seres investigadores de los cambios sociales propuestos por las múltiples realidades, y podrán conocer, desde la epistemología, cómo hacer investigación según los parámetros mentales-reales en los cuales se desenvuelven.
其他摘要：This investigation aims to reflect on epistemology as the main competence of the university social researcher, it is noteworthy that this premise is the product of the theorization of the doctoral thesis entitled social research and its competences in the university teacher, where seven competences are articulated and interact one another, in order to manage researches in line with emerging proposals for social research. The epistemological competence of the university social researcher is based on the philosophical questioning. In this regard, it is necessary for the researchers to philosophize about reality in their contexts, to ask themselves how to improve it, to approach it, from a research process. This will allow them to become researchers with relevance to the social changes proposed by the multiple social realities. They can thus know how to do research from the epistemology according to the mental-real parameters in which they develop.
