摘要：El estudio del talento en la etapa de iniciación deportiva es tarea primordial en la sostenibilidad del potencial humano para la pirámide de alto rendimiento deportivo y la sostenibilidad de los logros deportivos del país, aun cuando es un proceso controvertido por su interpretación y fragmentación en sus posiciones, no siempre consensuadas por la comunidad científica. Se parte del cuestionamiento de cómo potenciar la gestión del talento deportivo en la etapa de iniciación desde el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del béisbol. Comprende los estudios realizados en los cursos 2016-2017 y 2018-2019 en áreas deportivas del municipio Santiago de Cuba. El objetivo es ofrecer una estrategia metodológica para la identificación de posibles talentos en el béisbol en la categoría 9-10 años en la enseñanza-aprendizaje desde un enfoque socio constructivo. Para su desarrollo se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos.
其他摘要：The study of talent in the sport initiation stage is a fundamental task in the sustainability of the
human potential for the pyramid of high sports performance and the sustainability of the sporting
achievements of the country, even though it is a controversial process due to its interpretation and
fragmentation in its positions, not always consensual by the scientific community. Be part of the
questioning of how to enhance the management of sports talent in the initiation stage from the
teaching-learning process of baseball. Includes the studies conducted in the courses 2016-2017
and 2018-2019 in sports areas of the municipality of Santiago de Cuba. The objective is to offer
a methodological strategy for the identification of possible talents in baseball in the 9-10 year
category in teaching-learning from a socio-constructive approach. For its development,
theoretical, empirical and statistical methods were used.
