摘要：Este artículo tiene como objetivo el desarrollo de una propuesta que contribuya a la preparación del profesor para el desarrollo comunitario, a partir de la orientación educativa en instituciones angolanas de diversos niveles. De igual manera, se logra incidir en el desarrollo de modos de actuación profesionales para el desempeño de la función orientadora. El aporte fundamental se precisa en una estrategia educativa que potencie la integración cultural en las instituciones escolares angolanas para favorecer una adecuada orientación educativa, para garantizar la transformación de las relaciones que se establecen en el contexto educativo entre estudiantes-profesores y entre los mismos estudiantes. El tema se enmarca en la aspiración de lograr un proceso educativo que favorezca el desarrollo de la función orientadora del profesor para desempeñarse en las diferentes esferas e actuación que demandan de su labor en el contexto angolano.
其他摘要：The objective of this article is to develop a proposal that contributes to the preparation of the
teacher for community development, based on educational guidance in Angolan institutions of
various levels. In the same way, it is possible to influence the development of professional action
modes for the performance of the guiding function. The fundamental contribution is needed in an
educational strategy that promotes cultural integration in the Angolan school institutions to favor
an adequate educational orientation, to guarantee the transformation of the relationships that are
established in the educational context between student-teachers and among the students
themselves. The theme is part of the aspiration to achieve an educational process that favors the
development of the guiding function of the teacher to perform in the different spheres and action
that demand their work in the Angolan context.
