摘要：Se propone una estrategia educativa para conducir el reforzamiento del valor responsabilidad ambiental en los decisores municipales, la que fue estructurada en tres fases: iniciación, ejecución y evaluación. Cada fase cuenta con objetivos, sistema de acciones y orientaciones metodológicas. Su factibilidad y pertinencia fue corroborada mediante la realización de un taller de socialización con especialistas del Centro Universitario Municipal de Mella, y su aplicación parcial en la industria azucarera “Julio Antonio Mella”. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron concluir que esta brinda suficientes evidencias sobre sus posibilidades para reforzar el valor responsabilidad ambiental en los decisores municipales.
其他摘要：The contribution is an educational strategy to drive the reinforcement of the value environmental
responsibility in the municipal managers, the one that was structured in three phases: initiation,
execution and evaluation. Each phase has objectives, system of actions and methodological
orientations. Their feasibility and relevancy was corroborated by means of the realization of a
socialization shop with specialists of the Municipal University Center of Mella, and the partial
application from the same one to managers of the sugar industry “Julio Antonio Mella”. The
obtained results allowed concluding that the strategy offers enough evidences about their
possibilities to reinforce the value environmental responsibility in the municipal managers.
